LED wall rental pricing depends mostly on how big the screen is, how sharp it needs to be and whether it goes indoors or outdoors. Here’s what drives the price, what’s included, and how to get an exact estimate for your event in under a minute.
LED walls are priced by the number of panels in the wall, the pixel pitch and the environment, plus the labor to deliver, build, run and strike it. A small indoor stage backdrop costs a fraction of a 20-foot concert wall. For an instant, size-specific estimate, use our LED wall price calculator.
LED walls are built from 500 × 500 mm panels, so price scales with the number of panels. A 9 × 5 wall (about 14.8′ × 8.2′) uses 45 panels; a 14 × 8 concert wall uses 112.
Finer pitch (1.9–2.6 mm) packs in more LEDs for sharp close-up viewing and costs more per panel. Larger pitch (2.9–3.9 mm) is ideal for stages and audiences farther away.
Outdoor panels are weather-rated and much brighter to stay readable in sunlight, and they usually cost more than indoor panels of the same pitch.
Our estimates cover one event day. Multi-day conferences, festivals and residencies are quoted separately and are often more economical per day.
Ground-stacking on a base is the simplest setup. Flying the wall from truss or rigging points, curved walls and multi-screen layouts add structure and labor.
Load-in distance, stairs, union venue rules, overnight builds and travel outside our service area can all affect labor and logistics.
If you need someone to run slides, switch cameras or trigger video cues during the show, add a VJ or playback technician.
Side screens, IMAG cameras, audio, lighting and staging can be bundled with the wall in one production quote.
These are the sizes our clients book most. Pick one in the calculator to see its price, resolution and power needs instantly.

By the number of panels (screen size), the pixel pitch and whether the panels are indoor or outdoor, plus delivery, setup, an on-site technician and teardown. Use the LED wall calculator for an instant estimate for your exact size.
For one-off or occasional events, renting is almost always more cost-effective. Venues, churches and businesses that use a screen every week often save by owning one. See our LED display solutions for purchase options.
