San Diego events move between convention halls, waterfront hotels, resort lawns and parks. Here is how we plan a full production for a San Diego event, from load-in to the last cue.
Downtown, Mission Valley, Mission Bay and Coronado hotels host conferences that combine keynotes, panels and sponsor content in one room. We run the LED wall or projection, audio and cameras from a tech table with preview and program monitors to keep transitions clean.
Harbor-front lawns and parks bring wind, coastal sun and power limits. We bring outdoor-rated equipment, plan ballast and generator placement, and confirm any special event permit the city or park operator requires.
Our shop is in Ontario, CA, roughly two hours from downtown San Diego. For early load-ins we travel the night before, and multi-day shows can keep the same crew and gear on site for the whole run. Travel is built into the quote.
