What is included in the price
When you compare Los Angeles LED rental quotes, check whether these are included or added on later:
- Delivery and pickup
- Setup and strike (building and taking down the wall)
- An on-site LED technician for the event
- The video processor and cabling
Our per-day price includes delivery, setup and strike, and an on-site LED technician. A VJ or playback operator, multi-day events, rigging (flying the wall from a truss) and travel outside Southern California are quoted separately.
What makes an LED wall cost more or less
1. Size
Size is the biggest factor, because you pay per panel. A wall that is twice as wide and twice as tall uses four times as many panels. If you are not sure how big to go, our guide What size LED wall do you need? walks through room size and viewing distance.
2. Pixel pitch
Pixel pitch is the distance between pixels. A smaller number means a sharper image and a higher price. For most Los Angeles ballrooms and conference rooms, 2.6 mm is the sweet spot. Choose 1.9 mm only if people will sit very close, such as a front row a few feet from the stage or a broadcast camera shot. See What is pixel pitch? for details.
3. Indoor or outdoor
Outdoor walls are weather-rated and much brighter so they can be seen in daylight, and they have a higher minimum. Read Indoor vs outdoor LED screens before booking an outdoor event.
4. Number of days
Prices above are per event day. For conferences and trade shows that run several days, we quote the full run rather than simply multiplying the one-day price.
5. Venue access and rigging
Ground-stacked walls are the simplest. Flying a wall from truss, load-ins with long carries or stairs, tight union-venue schedules and overnight builds can add labor. Downtown LA hotels and convention venues often have specific load-in windows, so share your venue name early.
Typical Los Angeles events and budgets
- Wedding or private party backdrop: 10–13 ft wide, indoor 2.6 mm, about $3,500–$5,000.
- Corporate meeting or breakout room: 13–16 ft wide, about $4,400–$7,500.
- Hotel ballroom gala or awards night: 16–20 ft wide, about $6,600–$10,500.
- Concert, festival or large keynote: 26 ft wide and up, from about $16,000.
How to get more screen for your budget
- Pick 2.9 mm instead of 2.6 mm when the audience is more than about 10 ft away. Most guests will not see the difference, and it costs about 12% less.
- Choose a standard 16:9 shape so your slides and videos fill the screen without black bars.
- Book early for busy months, when crews and inventory get tight.
- Bundle sound and lighting with the same team to avoid paying for separate crews and coordination.
FAQ: LED wall rental cost in Los Angeles
What is the cheapest LED wall rental in Los Angeles?
Our smallest LED wall rental is $3,500 per event day for an indoor wall about 10 ft × 6.5 ft, including delivery, setup and strike, and an on-site technician.
Is it cheaper to rent a projector instead?
A projector and screen usually cost less, but they wash out in bright rooms and need a clear throw path. LED walls stay bright with the house lights on, which is why many ballrooms and stages use them.
Do you serve all of Los Angeles County?
Yes. We cover Los Angeles and all of Los Angeles County, plus Orange County, the Inland Empire, San Diego and Palm Springs.
