Yes. Our crew and equipment travel from our shop in Ontario, California, about a four-hour drive up I-15. Travel is built into the quote, so you see one price for delivery, setup, the on-site tech and teardown.
Yes. Large Las Vegas venues often have their own rules for labor, rigging, power and freight. We read the exhibitor or venue manual, order the services the venue requires and coordinate with the show contractor so the wall goes up on schedule.
For the big shows, book as early as you can. Equipment and hotel rooms get tight during major conventions, and exhibitor service deadlines (power, rigging, freight) come weeks before the show.
