Pixel pitch is the distance between LEDs. Smaller pitch means a sharper picture up close; larger pitch is brighter and better value for big outdoor viewing distances.
| Pixel pitch | Best viewing distance | Typical use | Environment |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1.5 – 1.9 mm | 5 ft and beyond | Broadcast sets, boardrooms, close-up product reveals | Indoor |
| 2.5 – 2.9 mm | 8 ft and beyond | Conferences, weddings, worship, galas | Indoor |
| 3.9 mm | 13 ft and beyond | Concert stages, large ballrooms, arenas | Indoor / Outdoor |
| 4.8 mm and up | 16 ft and beyond | Festivals, sports, outdoor screenings & activations | Outdoor |

Pomona is about 15 minutes from our Ontario shop, and we have run events at the Sheraton Fairplex Suites & Conference Center. Fairplex halls and the hotel ballrooms suit a 2.6 mm or 2.9 mm indoor wall for general sessions, galas and weddings.
For outdoor Fairplex events and concerts we bring high-brightness panels sized for the crowd. Large exhibit halls can have long cable runs and set load-in times, so we plan the build with the venue in advance.

“Unity Logics absolutely crushed it at our wedding! From perfect music cues during the ceremony to turning our reception into a full-on party, they nailed every detail. The sound was crystal clear, the lighting was gorgeous, and their team was cool, and totally on it the whole time. Churches, venues, retail and corporate spaces that use a screen every week often save by owning one. Explore our Unity LED series — we handle design, installation, training and support.

Pricing depends on screen size, pixel pitch, indoor vs. outdoor panels, event length, rigging and crew. Packages start at $3,500 per event day, all-inclusive (LED technician, delivery, setup, processing and strike). Use the calculator above for an instant estimate, or request an itemized quote — we typically reply the same business day. See our LED wall rental cost guide for what affects pricing.
Our rentals are turnkey: LED panels, structure or rigging, video processing, cabling, power distribution, delivery, setup, testing, an on-site technician during your event, and teardown.
For most events, 2–4 weeks ahead is ideal, and earlier for large outdoor shows or busy seasons. Short on time? Call us — we can often accommodate last-minute requests.
Every rental includes an LED technician who builds, runs and monitors the wall. If you need someone to run slides, switch cameras or trigger video cues during the show, we can add a VJ / playback technician — it’s quoted separately.
A simple rule: the closest viewer should be at least about 3 ft back for every 1 mm of pitch. 1.9–2.6 mm suits boardrooms, weddings and close-up stages; 2.9 mm works for most ballrooms, conferences and worship; 3.9 mm outdoor panels are best for stages, festivals and audiences farther away. Try our LED wall selector or ask us to recommend one.
Most indoor walls run on standard 110V, 20A circuits — the calculator above shows the approximate number of circuits for your size. Large or outdoor walls may need a generator or dedicated power, which we’ll plan with your venue.
It depends on size and rigging. Small ground-stacked walls can be built and tested in a few hours; large or flown walls may need a longer load-in or a day-before setup. We schedule the build around your venue’s load-in window so the wall is tested before doors open.
Venues and cities set their own rules. For outdoor public events the organizer usually handles the event permit, and we provide the screen size, weight, power and ground-support details your venue or city asks for.
Yes. Our outdoor panels are high-brightness and weather-rated, so they stay readable in direct sunlight. We’ll plan power, wind and ground support for your site.
Anything from slides and videos to live camera feeds, sponsor loops and social walls. Send us your files in advance and we’ll format and test them on the wall before the event.
Yes — we deliver, install and operate LED video walls throughout Pomona and the rest of Los Angeles County. We’re based in Ontario, CA and serve Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego, with travel available for larger productions.
